As a marine biologist from Edinburgh, I found my recent stay at Milling Hotel in Odense to be a pleasant surprise. The location was great, just a short walk to the charming city center. Upon arrival, the check-in process was swift, and the staff kindly accommodated us with an early room access, facilitating our meeting arrangements.Now, let's dive into the culinary experience. The complimentary buffet breakfast was indeed a highlight. It reminded me of the diverse marine life I encounter in the North Sea! The brasserie, where we enjoyed our meals, exuded a cozy ambiance perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.However, like the ebb and flow of the tides, the breakfast hours washed away too quickly. It would have been ideal if it extended a little longer to savor the flavors at a more relaxed pace.In conclusion, Milling Hotel provided a comfortable stay with a nourishing breakfast buffet, reflecting the biodiversity I cherish in the North Sea. Whales and haddock might not be on the menu, but the culinary experience was a treat for this nature enthusiast.
